Course Description

The site of the world famous Grand National is the ultimate test for both horse and jockey. The most challenging fences are Becher's Brook, The Chair and The Canal Turn. The oval shaped Mildmay course features two long straights and is used for all but four of the Aintree meetings.

Facilities

The Members Enclosure: There are a number of Stand packages for Day Members to choose from. Please contact the course for details of these and for restaurant details and booking.

The Tattersalls Enclosure: Within this enclosure you have access to the newly refurbished Aintree Pavilion, Parade Ring and Winners Enclosure. The course features a range of licensed bars, restaurants and catering outlets.

Directions

By Road:  From the South you can approach Aintree racecourse via the M6, M62 or M57. From the North, use the M6 and M58 and from the east the M62 and M57.

By Rail: Travel to Liverpool Lime Street station where you will find local trains to Aintree Station, which is located directly next to Pedestrian Entrance 2 of the Aintree racecourse course.
