Course Description

Leicester Racecourse is oval in shape and runs right-handed for 1 mile and 6 furlongs. Flat races run on the straight course and the chase course features 10 fences with a couple of ditches and a challenging water jump.

Facilities

The Members Enclosure: Customers in this superb enclosure are treated to a range of exclusive bars and restaurants and have access to all other public areas.

The Tattersalls Enclosure: Punters have access to the main grandstand, the parade ring and the winners enclosure. Punters are well looked after in this exciting enclosure. Food and drinks are available as well as the usual betting facilities.

Directions

By Car: The racecourse is situated at the junction of the A6 and the main Leicester outer ring road (A563).

By Rail: The station is 2 and a half miles from the course.
