| Leicester Win Battle For Gilbert |
Leicester have won the their battle with Plymouth over defender Peter Gilbert.
The Pilgrims had denied claims by Foxes boss Craig Levein that a deal was close to being struck for the Welsh Under-21 international.
However, it has now been confirmed that a deal has been agreed between the two clubs.
The 21-year-old left back is expected to be unveiled by The Foxes within the next 24 hours after he agreed terms on a three-year deal.
"He is a young player and I feel he has a lot of potential," said Levein.
"He can be a really good player for us."
