| Hamburg Sign Feilhaber |
Hamburg have completed the signing of promising young American midfielder Benny Feilhaber.
The 20-year old, who is likely to start out in the club's youth team before moving up to the first team squad, has penned a three-year deal.
Hamburg will be Feilhaber's first professional club after he played for his college team in Los Angeles.
"I received many offers, even from the Bundesliga," he told the club's official website, www.hsv.de.
"But I have decided to go to Hamburg. In Europe there are the best leagues in the world like in Spain, Italy, England or Germany."
