Kilmarnock manager Jim Jefferies has distanced himself from speculation linking him with a move to Scottish Premier League rivals Dundee United.
Reports have suggested that Tannadice chairman Eddie Thompson will sack Gordon Chisholm if United fail to beat Motherwell this weekend.
But Jefferies said: "I've been long enough in the game now to concentrate on my own job.
"Whenever a job comes up, there is half a dozen managers linked."
Jefferies, previously of Berwick Rangers, Falkirk, Hearts and Bradford City, has been Kilmarnock manager since 2002.
But, despite suggestions that he would welcome a new challenge with more resources, he said: "It's not right to discuss things like that when they already have a manager, who is preparing for Saturday.
"I am used to it now. I can only speak for myself and it doesn't bother me.
"I am not reading about the Dundee United situation.
"I am preparing Kilmarnock for the match on Saturday. I am not thinking about anything other than Kilmarnock."
